| This US Army Ranger is Australian Rappelling while firing an M14 rifle left handed. The Australian Rappel is an illegal from of repelling for the US Army. No where can I find this form of repelling outlined in any US Army Field Manual or Training Circular. I have in my personal library TC 90-6-1 Military Mountaineering from both September 1976 and April 1989 and I can not find it in either one. I have Australian Rappelled many times and have enjoyed it every time. |
